Late last year we grew some African marigold "Inca" mixed variety seedlings. They were a wonderful mix of flowers. Here are some images of these lovely colourful flowers.

    Some more images.

Two French marigolds "Petite Orange" flowers. Love these ones, they are so bright.

    Another French marigold "Petite Orange".

African marigold & a "Passion Burgundy" petunia. These petunias flowered very well in containers. Hope to get more of them, if I can.

Some of the petunias we grew in containers. They, also, were a lovely splash of colour.

The first are the mixed colourings of the "Giants Victorious". All or petunias were doubles. Do prefer them.

    A lovely deep pink.

    A red one.

This is actually a cherry pink & white. Looks a little washed out by the harsh sun.

    A mauve.

Another mauve. This has some very fine white edging tpo its petals.

    A pretty soft pink.

Tried "Passion Burgundy" petunia seedlings as there were no more "Giants Victorious" seedlings. The ones we had were starting to fade. The beauty of petunias is that they seem to be able to flower all year round here.

These flowers are a true burgundy but, yet again, the sun drains the colour when they are photographed in the sun.

Bought some more of the Passion petunias. These ones were "Passion Pink" & they were to last a long time for an annual, as I had discovered that pruning them helps to extend their life. Thye were pruned several times.

Then we bought some "Passion White" petunias. They also did well.

    The first flower.

This one looks like a frothy meringue.
