Some mandevilla images I took today. They are somewhat rain spattered. :lol2:

    "Aloha Red" mandevilla.

"Aloha Bright Pink" mandevilla. The wind was also blowing quite stiffly.

Thanks, Dawn. It was tough getting them to sit still, with the wind blowing them around. It was worse than taking pics of a fidgety three year old. :lol2:

It was rather windy today, with some strong gusts. Haven't had much wind lately, though, except for the day I want to take pics. :lol2: Of course it was also raining. :rain2:

The two aechmea fasciata "Primera" bracts have both flowered. The flowers are the small blue knob-shaped things in the bract.

A couple more of our summer flowers, though we do have a few more.

Here is an image of one of the flowers on our currently flowering phalaenopsis orchid.

The pretty small blue flowers on the aechmea fasciata "Primera" bracts are on display at the moment. They do not last long, really, nor have we ever seen them open.
