This is the image from which I made the header image & forum title. It is of one of the "White Fantasy" zygoes that live on the front patio.

The first "Sterling" zygo flower of the season. It grows in the same container as the "White Fantasy".

Thanks Dawn. Wish I knew how the describe the colour of the "Sterling" zygo. I am hopeless with such colours.

The zygoes on the front patio are a darker, more glossy green, than the ones on the back patio as the latter get far more sun. The sun must bleach them a bit even though it is early morning sun. Zygoes are a rainforest plant, I guess & they, all, seem to prefer shade or dappled light.

The zygoes aren't the only plants flowering for us at the moment. The "Fiesta" miniature roses seem to be enjoying the wintery weather.
