Plenty of chimneys in the older houses.

An appropriate end to these Goulburn pictures with the Big Merino standing guard.

  So exciting to see your great pictures of Goulburn!! What a beautiful place.  I love places that use and protect their old building and homes.  You do not see that much detail work in the building, homes, and churches today.
For some strange reason I expected to see pigeons hanging out on the building and in the trees.  I didn't notice any in your pictures.
Great pictures of the big merino!!  Did you go inside him and look around?
          Thank you so much Joy!!

Thank you Granny.  These are just pics of parts of the CBD & a few of the houses. Goulburn does have many modern homes & a large shopping mall way out of the CBD. The old buildings are stunning & the town would have reeked of money back in the day.  :lol2:

No, we didn't go inside the Big Merino. We had plenty to do with Kim & Rick at the time.  :cool4: No feral pigeons here or at least not that we could see. They tend to hang about in large metropolitan areas like Sydney or Melbourne. Mostly just native birds out & about.  :D
