I hope it is okay for me to put these Sunset pics up on this thread, Joy !  not sure if you would prefer for me to make a new thread ?

We had to drive up to Harwich today, it was a nice drive up -2 deg C when we left, but warmed up to 6 deg C by about lunch time. Of course it steadily dropped again as the day wore on. These are some pics of the sunset on the way back, they were so hard to capture as it kept disappearing behind hills and trees. Taken around quarter to four pm,  I seem to remember? Just after we crossed over the Queen Elizabeth bridge back into Kent

It was getting dark so not great taken from behind a window either. But after a very bleak day of grays and weak sunlight, the colours seemed so vibrant, it was nice and uplifting to see the sunset.

Great sunset, Dawn. Very dramatic too.  :good: :photos: It must have been a lovely shot of colour on such a grey day. Many thanks for posting these images.

Shall give this post its own thread as it deserves one.  :cool4: :bravo:
