Saw many poplars growing as wind breaks south of Goulburn. This is a Northern Hemisphere tree we don't see in the region where we live because it would be too warm for it. The wind looks strong here.

Cattle grazing. Those black specks look like the ever popular Angus breed.

A little old French car with lefthand drive tootling along. We passed it a couple of times after we had stopped off for food etc.

Lake George. Yes that is correct. This is Lake George during its dry cycle. Suddenly water will appear then just as suddenly will disappear leaving grazing land behind. Why this happens is still a mystery.

  Wow!  I liked the snow gum trees.  They looked like they had a little dusting of snow on them.  Enjoyed all the grazing land.  Beautiful blue sky,  you had great weather.  Thanks so much Joy!

Thanks Granny. :D  No dusting of snow, thank goodness. They are a dull grey/green in colour. Still not yet at Queanbeyan but getting close. More pics to come.

We have had more than a dusting of snow here in Roanoke Va. USA today. I think by the time it's finished we'll have close to 12 inches of it...

That is quite a covering of snow, Mable. Must look pretty though. We don't get snow at all, not even frost, where we live. Fortunately for us, at the moment, it's still summer.  :D
