This morning's fog. It took hours for it to lift. This is a fairly rare occurrence for where we live & would have been one of the thickest we have experienced, although it would not be considered thick elsewhere. :lol3:

The tree was full of birds, mostly lorikeets, chattering away but they cannot be seen in this pic. Except for one canoodling pair, they are all up in the leaves.

Did you enjoy the fog atmosphere Joy? I love it, except when I have to drive somewhere we get this happening in our area alot in winter, usually where ever there is a slight depression in the land. Things go kind of quiet when it occurs, like it has a muting tendency. It is a nice cooling atmosphere for the birds maybe? Nice pics Joy! thanks for showing us. :photos:

I missed this thread when I scrolled for flashing icons for new threads. :??:

Thanks, Dawn. We don't get much fog here unless it rolls down the valley. It is more likely inland on the top of hills or in the valleys along the rivers.

Not to worry, :lol3: this topic was posted a few weeks ago. Perhaps the flashing icon's bulb was kaput. :cool3:
